2. How do you screen your candidates?
 Every professional we introduce has passed:
  • Enhanced DBS or international police check
  • Identity & right to work verification
  • References from previous employers
  • Interview (in person or via video)
  • First Aid and relevant certifications (if applicable)

3. What if the placement doesn’t work out?
 We offer an 8-week replacement guarantee.
If the placement is not a good fit, we will provide a one-time free replacement within 8 weeks, as outlined in   our Terms & Conditions.

4. Are staff available to travel internationally?
 Yes, many of our candidates are travel-ready and experienced working with international or high-profile   families.
All travel expectations, logistics, and arrangements are discussed and confirmed beforehand.

5. What is the difference between live-in and live-out staff?
  • Live-in staff reside in your home and often offer greater flexibility.
  • Live-out staff commute to work and follow agreed working hours.
We’ll help you decide which setup best suits your needs and space.

6. Do I need a contract?
 Yes. As an employer, you're legally required to provide a written employment contract covering duties, salary, hours, holidays, notice period, and other terms.
We are happy to provide templates or assist in drafting one.

7. Do you help with payroll and taxes?
 We don’t offer in-house payroll, but we can refer you to trusted payroll providers who handle PAYE,   pensions, and tax compliance for private households.

8. How long does it take to find a candidate?
 Most roles are filled within 1–3 weeks, depending on your requirements.
More specialist or senior roles may take longer. We focus on finding the right fit, not just the fastest.

9. What are your agency fees?
 Fees vary depending on the role, whether it's temporary or permanent, and the level of experience required.
We provide a full fee breakdown before beginning any search, with no hidden charges.

10. What are my responsibilities as a private employer?
 You are responsible for:
  • Providing a written contract
  • Paying wages and agreed benefits
  • Offering a safe, respectful work environment
  • Following UK employment laws or international equivalents
We will guide you at every step to ensure a smooth process.

11. Can I interview the candidates myself?
 Absolutely. Once we present a tailored shortlist, you’re welcome to interview via video or in person.
We can also arrange trial shifts upon request.

12. Do you offer last-minute or emergency placements?
 Yes. We understand some situations require urgent cover.
We will always do our best to respond promptly with available, high-quality candidates.

13. Do you provide temporary placements?
 Yes. Whether you need short-term help for travel, events, recovery periods or interim staff, we offer flexible   solutions from a few days to several months.

14. Is your service confidential?
 Absolutely. We pride ourselves on discretion and professionalism.
